📋 Description

• Educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage • Build trust and deliver personalized guidance to prospective members • Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits • Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals • Expand Humana's market presence by building relationships and becoming a valued community resource • Serve local community members as part of a collaborative team of 8–12 Medicare Sales Field Agents • Work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director • Attend appointments and events that may occur at night and on weekends • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain • Must reside in the designated local territory • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events, and in local community settings • Valid state driver's license • Personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits, or higher based on state requirements • Flexibility to work varying nights and weekends • Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment and training • Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred) • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License (preferred) • Background in selling Medicare products (preferred) • Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups (preferred) • Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations (preferred) • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs (preferred) • Bilingual in English and an additional language, with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages (preferred) • Must take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test if speaking with a member in a language other than English
