📋 Description

• Review engineering drawings and construction plans to determine ROW and permitting needs • Identify and secure permits and easements from federal, state, county, city, and private landowners • Negotiate right-of-way acquisitions and other property interests for telecommunications operations • Liaise with clients, property owners, local agencies, and permitting entities • Maintain accurate records and transaction documentation • Prepare and administer contracts and agreements • Conduct field visits as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or related field, or high school diploma/GED plus equivalent experience • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Right-of-Way acquisition, real estate, or land services for telecom and related infrastructure projects • Knowledge of eminent domain laws, real estate principles, title research, and land valuation • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel as required • Familiarity with GIS and land management software is a plus
