📋 Description

• Design and communicate deliverables and submission timelines for new or extending work for quarterly ELT prioritization decisions • Coordinate with Business, Tech Finance, Technology Leadership, and Transformation Office stakeholders on the Tech Prioritization Process • Mentor and coach Segment Portfolio Leaders and teams on Lean Portfolio Management best practices • Align tooling, coaching, and project management support with portfolios needing assistance • Own and maintain prioritization communications and materials across Centers of Excellence, team meetings, Outlook newsletters and memos, SharePoint, and other channels • Design and deliver Prioritization Readiness training for new-year submission rounds • Provide data updates for enterprise-level Quarterly Business Reviews • Maintain prioritization knowledge-management resources, including PowerPoint decks, the Stack Ranking Tool, and Power BI dashboards • Clarify prioritization requirements for Portfolio Teams and remove roadblocks and bottlenecks • Communicate enterprise strategic priorities and alignment with Humana’s five-year plan, segment roadmaps, local roadmaps, and outcomes • Own and facilitate weekly prioritization check-ins with Portfolio Leaders • Own and facilitate monthly prioritization check-ins with Technology and Business Partners • Provide updates to the TLT on upcoming needs supporting continuous prioritization • Document and publish desk-level processes and resource documents for different user groups • Develop supporting training plans and content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Management, or related field • 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO leadership, strategic planning, governance, business operations, or related disciplines • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams • Demonstrated experience leading portfolio governance, reporting, planning, and performance management processes • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Strong understanding of portfolio management principles, strategic planning, Agile delivery methodologies, and Lean Portfolio Management concepts • Experience developing executive-level dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and performance reporting • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization without direct authority • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups • Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification, preferably Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) • Experience facilitating executive reviews, governance forums, and cross-functional planning activities • Experience supporting enterprise-wide portfolio governance within a complex technology organization • Proficiency with ServiceNow PPM, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid home/office employees • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
