📋 Description

• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes • Develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements • Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data • Collect and analyze process data • Initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures focused on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost • Determine how new information technologies can support business process re-engineering • Potentially specialize in benchmarking, business process analysis and re-engineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives and their linkages to related areas • Determine appropriate courses of action and make decisions regarding work methods with minimal direction • Follow established guidelines and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree • Less than 5 years of technical experience • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) • Experience in process documentation, workflow analysis, and process improvement (preferred) • Background in change management, including readiness assessment, communication planning, training, and adoption support (preferred) • Ability to complete process improvement projects from initiation through implementation, including scope, timelines, and deliverables (preferred) • Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills (preferred) • Ability to use data, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure outcomes, identify insights, and demonstrate results (preferred) • Technical proficiency with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office tools, and process/project management systems such as flowcharting and enterprise platforms (preferred) • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
