📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of cross-functional programs and projects to deliver sustainable business outcomes on time and within budget • Support the Insurance organization in a Shared Services capacity • Work with business owners and project sponsors to define project scope • Create project charters with defined milestones and develop implementation approaches and project plans • Identify impacted stakeholders, secure resources, facilitate meetings, and coordinate activities to achieve business objectives • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including feasibility, design, build, test, deploy, and close • Apply internal processes and enforce project standards, including Charters, RACI Matrices, Status Reports, Project Plans, and Risk/Issues Tracking • Prepare and understand business case information • Write project deliverables with business owners • Build plans covering scope, time, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risks, procurement, and stakeholders • Coordinate project plans toward deliverables • Oversee execution of planned work by team members • Communicate with stakeholders through executive leadership levels to manage engagement • Review expectations and deliverables prepared by senior leadership and business owners • Develop meeting agendas, project documentation, and action items • Facilitate regular status meetings with business owners, project teams, and steering committees • Report progress on project deliverables and milestones • Identify risks and formulate mitigation plans • Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner • Conduct procurements and close contracts • Ensure quality reviews for work products • Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables • Prepare transition activities to sustain results, realize benefits, and complete organizational change management • Document and archive project knowledge • Redisperse team members upon project close • Identify the need for Change Management and advocate for insertion points • Interpret ADKAR model results and barrier points • Use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio or comparable process mapping tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 8 years or more of program or project management experience • Change Management practitioner experience • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (PMI) • Experience managing enterprise scale programs and/or projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage stakeholders and hold them accountable for deliverables • Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple participants of varying levels while capturing relevant information • Ability to build, maintain, and execute tasks in a project plan • Ability to conduct interviews and focus group format meetings • Ability to learn quickly and manage new projects with limited content knowledge or expertise • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated Executive Presence
