📋 Description

• Develop and implement programs to establish and maintain quality standards for existing products and services • Develop programs focused on the quality of care given to patients • Perform advanced administrative, operational, and customer support duties independently • Develop policies, procedures, and methods to check and improve operational quality • Train and coach staff and management in quality improvement, process management, and reliability science • Maintain communication with administration, medical staff, and department heads regarding quality assurance activities • Prioritize requests and interpret or adapt administrative procedures, processes, and techniques • Participate in occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel • Self-starter able to succeed with minimal supervision or direct managerial oversight • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Excellent verbal and listening communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Satellite and wireless internet service is not allowed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Preferred: Auditor experience • Preferred: Quality experience
