📋 Description

• Identify enterprise partners and lead partnership opportunities influencing the Health Outcomes Survey (HOS) • Collaborate with the enterprise activation team and business partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with Humana’s goals • Identify opportunities and lead follow-through to ensure strategic action planning is executed effectively • Explore, scope, develop, oversee, and manage HOS strategic initiatives across the Medicare Advantage segment and enterprise teams • Identify needs and opportunities for strategic activities across the enterprise HOS program • Analyze processes and identify key decision-makers • Recommend ways to elevate and embed the HOS program into Humana’s Medicare Advantage experience and workflows • Maintain and drive the HOS portfolio across the enterprise • Develop project plans, goals, KPIs, timelines, and budgets for enterprise initiatives • Leverage research and analysis to identify opportunities and make recommendations to enterprise partners • Collaborate with cross-functional and enterprise teams to ensure seamless execution • Monitor and track initiative progress, accountability, and alignment with HOS strategy • Prepare reports and presentations communicating progress, results, and recommendations to leadership • Identify, mitigate, and escalate implementation risks and obstacles • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, business priorities, and organizational strategy to drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, healthcare management, public health, or any field • Minimum 7 years of direct experience in consulting, Stars quality, cross-functional strategy, and/or member/patient experience • Experience developing and executing enterprise-level strategies in a complex, matrixed environment • Experience ensuring teams remain aligned to priorities through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement • Experience partnering across business, technology, operations, and enablement teams to drive measurable outcomes • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to articulate ideas effectively in written and oral forms • Master’s degree in business administration or related field preferred • Healthcare experience preferred • PMP certification a plus • Knowledge and experience with Health Outcomes Survey preferred • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
