📋 Description

• Work with Product Owners, stakeholders, Scrum Masters, and the Program Team to iteratively and incrementally deliver value • Guide Scrum Teams in using Scrum and other agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products and services • Use coaching, mentoring, teaching, and facilitating stances to grow agile skills and mindset • Foster accountability, adaptability, collaboration, self-organization, team cohesion, and high performance • Co-facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective • Support PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt sessions • Co-mentor Product Owners in user story creation, prioritization, and Product Backlog Refinement • Ensure focus on technical needs, including testing and deployment process improvements • Remove impediments and preserve team flexibility and responsiveness to change • Use data and team metrics to demonstrate capacity, predictability, and maturity • Make work visible and ensure impediments are removed • Help teams navigate organizational change using Kotter’s Leading Change and PROSCI ADKAR • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational Agile practices • Share Agile practices through Communities of Practice • Interpret policies and procedures, determine work approaches and priorities, and follow established quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 3+ years related experience • 1–3 years as a scrum master • Strong presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills • Strong bias for action • Ability to thrive in a VUCA environment (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) • Validated agile learning/credentials such as CSM, A-CSM, SA, PSM, or ICAgile credentials including ACC/Agile Team Facilitator • Experience with agile tracking tools such as ADO, Jira, VersionOne, or Rally • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field • Preferred: 2+ years of experience on a Scrum Team in a SAFe agile environment • Experience with agile methodologies on large-scale, technically complex projects • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) • Understanding of agile methodologies, values, practices, and patterns • Experience coaching and mentoring others • Experience facilitating removal of impediments • Experience with Lean and process improvement • Experience with testing practices such as Gherkin and DevOps • Experience with Azure DevOps as a product backlog tool • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
