📋 Description

• Lead complex analytical initiatives supporting strategic business priorities and operational performance • Partner consultatively with business leaders to define problems, identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and develop data-driven recommendations • Lead analytics engagements from intake and discovery through analysis, solution development, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of business outcomes • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers • Design and develop metrics, frameworks, dashboards, and decision-support tools • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for executive, operational, and technical audiences • Provide insights influencing growth, profitability, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency • Query, analyze, and work with large datasets, with a primary focus on consultative analytics and decision support rather than pipeline development or infrastructure engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analytics experience OR Master's degree and 3+ years of analytics experience • Ability to serve as a consultative analytics partner with business stakeholders • Experience leading projects through the full analytics lifecycle • Progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, informatics, pharmacy analytics, sales analytics, or a related field • Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting and visualization tools, and analytical methodologies • Experience communicating insights and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Dedicated home workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Satellite, cellular, or microwave internet requires leadership approval • Advanced degree in Informatics, Analytics, Business Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) • Experience with pharmacy, payer, provider, sales, or operational data (preferred) • Experience using SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Python, or similar tools (preferred)
