📋 Description

• Develop tools, technologies, and applications to collect, integrate, analyze, and present Stars-related data • Build and implement Power BI reports and semantic models using star schemas • Author SQL queries for Power BI modeling and audit Power BI results for accuracy • Create visualizations and reports from UX Designer mockups or verbal descriptions • Partner with business stakeholders to understand problems and develop solutions • Evaluate and improve existing BI dashboards and solutions • Apply data and reporting best practices across cloud platforms and on-premises architecture • Collaborate with peers and share technical knowledge • Develop and document deployed solutions • Ensure data quality through testing and stakeholder sign-off before deployment • Gather and scope requirements and advise stakeholders on technical approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis, report design, and development • In-depth experience with Power BI • High-level skills in SQL authoring and analysis • Experience with advanced functions in Excel • Experience working with large, complex data sets • Experience analyzing data to solve varied business problems • Experience creating data visualizations that drive strategic direction • Comfortable presenting to senior and executive leadership • Ability to articulate ideas effectively in written and oral forms • Microsoft Power BI Certification preferred • Other data-related industry-leading certifications preferred • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline preferred • Proficiency understanding healthcare-related data preferred • Advanced SQL preferred • Familiarity with JSON data navigation and transformation preferred • Experience working with data on the Databricks platform preferred • Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling preferred • Experience creating analytics solutions for healthcare sectors preferred • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet service for home employees • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
