📋 Description

• Solve complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources • Provide insights to decision-makers • Collect, integrate, analyze, and present organizational raw data • Create insightful and actionable business information • Influence department strategy • Make decisions regarding technical approaches for project components • Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude • Analyze data to solve business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction • Develop analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations • Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction • Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data • Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Experience in Product Management, preferably within a data engineering environment • Expertise in Process Improvement • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field • Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS and other data systems • Experience with data visualization, particularly Power BI • Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling • Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for self-provided internet service • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
