📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide procurement systems, processes, digital transformation, and AI-driven initiatives • Align business strategy with technology capabilities to drive operational efficiency and scalable intelligent automation • Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams • Design, implement, and govern innovative procurement solutions • Lead end-to-end transformation across procurement systems including Zip Intake & Orchestration, Icertis Contract Management, Terzo.ai, SpendHQ, and AI-enabled sourcing tools • Drive procurement system optimization, integration, and innovation • Define business technical approaches and influence strategic direction with a high degree of autonomy • Deliver complex initiatives supporting enterprise modernization and AI adoption • Embed AI capabilities into business processes • Ensure governance, risk management, compliance, and enterprise standards are maintained • Enable a scalable transformation roadmap aligned with organizational priorities • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training, meetings, and team engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of technical experience • Experience in digital transformation and enterprise system modernization • Experience implementing and managing AI/ML solutions across their lifecycle • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, including risk, compliance, auditability, and ethical AI • Experience in process analysis, workflow optimization, and intelligent automation • Procurement systems expertise, including Icertis, ZipHQ, Globality, Terzo, SpendHQ, and Oracle • Experience with system configuration, integration, and documentation • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies • Experience implementing AI solutions in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contracting processes • Experience integrating AI into procurement workflows such as Source-to-Contract (S2C) • Knowledge of digital transformation in procurement, including automation, digital contracting, and supplier collaboration tools • Ability to identify and scale high-impact AI use cases across procurement • Ability to align AI initiatives with procurement goals such as savings, compliance, supply continuity, and innovation • Understanding of AI risk, governance, and regulatory requirements, including supplier and third-party risk • Familiarity with procurement systems and data, including ERP, e-sourcing tools, and contract repositories • Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset • Adaptability and change leadership in complex environments • MBA or advanced degree preferred • Agile/PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred • Experience leading large-scale digital or AI transformation programs preferred • Familiarity with procurement AI platforms preferred • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time, with some flexibility based on business needs
