📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders and recruiting teams to develop sourcing strategies and execute hiring initiatives • Provide consultative guidance on talent availability, labor market trends, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices • Support specialized, high-volume, and business-critical hiring initiatives • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified active and passive candidates • Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, digital platforms, and targeted recruitment campaigns • Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification discussions • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to provide market intelligence, sourcing insights, and qualified candidate pipelines • Leverage Workday, Phenom, HireVue, and other talent acquisition tools • Use recruitment data and performance metrics to identify process improvements and increase hiring efficiency • Support continuous improvement initiatives enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience • Deliver a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience • Partner across Talent Acquisition and business teams to support hiring priorities and staffing objectives • Report to a Talent Acquisition Manager or Associate Director

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition strategic sourcing • Demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and recruiting talent for specialized positions or high-volume hiring initiatives • Experience developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and utilizing multiple recruitment channels • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, and recruiting technologies • Strong consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing business priorities • Demonstrated commitment to a collaborative workstyle as an individual contributor and team player • Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare, clinical, operational, or other specialized recruitment initiatives • Preferred: Demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and talent pipeline development • Preferred: Working knowledge of Workday, Phenom, HireVue, and Datapeople • Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale hiring initiatives or recruitment process improvement projects • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet • Ability to work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
