📋 Description

• Work with user groups to solve business problems using hardware, software, databases, and peripherals • Translate business needs into technical systems solutions • Integrate hardware, software, and network interfaces to form systems • Influence department strategy • Make technical approach decisions for moderately complex to complex project components • Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude • Design and implement large-scale digital platforms and customer-facing applications • Lead cross-functional teams and drive architectural decisions across multiple projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Engineer, or Senior Developer delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions • Experience designing and implementing large-scale digital platforms and customer-facing applications • Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture and Azure cloud services • Experience with API-first design, microservices architecture, and modern integration patterns • Strong understanding of modern front-end architectures, including micro-frontend concepts and responsive application design • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions across multiple projects • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
