📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation projects with clients • Lead fundraising efforts for funds or clients • Manage investment funds • Manage CEOs at client organizations • Drive sales initiatives at Human Agency • Partner with recruiting to grow the team • Serve as CEO of a venture studio company • Manage client project delivery • Drive value through data and analytics for clients • Lead go-to-market initiatives for clients • Own and solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems outside departmental boundaries • Manage yourself without hand-holding, coaching, or regular check-ins • Move between strategic work, including board preparation, investor materials, and business development, and ground-level execution such as scheduling, research, and client fires • Deploy AI tools daily to amplify output • Identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and threats proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Accountability, curiosity, and a builder-first mindset • Mission-driven operator committed to Human Agency's values and vision • Self-managing problem solver • AI-first mindset and ability to use AI as a force multiplier • Builder mentality; applicants must attach proof of something built with AI to their application or cover letter • Generalist with range across multiple disciplines • 5–7+ years in management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership positions • Demonstrated success driving ambiguous, complex initiatives to completion • Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable briefs • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Commitment to ethical practices and responsible business operations • Preference for overlap with EST business hours • Experience in high-growth startups, venture studios, or AI/tech companies is a bonus
