📋 Description

• Act as a proxy for the Owner in meetings • Prepare decision memos for leadership • Own the meeting cadence and filter what reaches the executive desk • Own the company operating rhythm • Build performance dashboards • Find and fix team friction • Systematize undocumented processes • Take end to end ownership of high priority, cross departmental initiatives, including new product lines, tooling migrations, and market expansion • Build business cases for special projects • Translate leadership priorities to the team • Surface ground level realities • Draft internal executive communications • First 30 days: learn the business end to end, sit with every function, and map work flows and bottlenecks • Days 31–60: take over leadership cadences and reporting and deliver a written assessment of top bottlenecks with actionable recommendations • Days 61–90: own at least two cross functional projects and show measurable movement

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in ops, consulting, program management, or a similar Chief of Staff/business operations role • Proven ability to finish ambiguous, cross functional problems without being managed • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Ability to turn a messy situation into a crisp, one page memo • Comfortable building models, reading a P&L, and telling a story with numbers • Sound judgment with confidential executive information • Strongly preferred: experience with multiple business models, distributed teams, rapid headcount growth, and hands on skills with modern operations tools (CRMs, project management, automation) • Must provide a publicly accessible 30–90 second audio or video recording in English • Must upload a valid screenshot of an internet speed test result
