📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation projects with clients • Lead fundraising efforts for funds or clients • Manage investment funds • Manage CEOs at client organizations • Drive sales initiatives at Human Agency • Partner with recruiting to help grow the team • Serve as CEO of a venture studio company • Manage client project delivery • Drive value through data and analytics for clients • Lead go-to-market initiatives for clients • Own and solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems that do not fit neatly into any department • Move between strategic work, including board preparation, investor materials, and business development, and ground-level execution such as scheduling, research, and client issues • Deploy AI tools daily to amplify output • Identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and threats proactively • Manage work independently and create value without constant oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Mission-driven operator committed to Human Agency's values and vision • Self-managing problem solver who can work without hand-holding, coaching, or frequent check-ins • AI-first mindset; use AI as a force multiplier • Builder mentality; must have shipped something and attach proof of something built with AI to the application or cover letter • Generalist with range across multiple areas • 5–7+ years in high-performing environments such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership positions • Demonstrated success driving ambiguous, complex initiatives to completion • Outstanding written and verbal communication and ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable briefs • Commitment to ethical practices and responsible business operations • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Occasional travel availability (10–25%) • Strong preference for overlap with EST business hours • US applicants must be available for full-time employment; Canadian applicants must be available to work as independent contractors
