📋 Description

• Translate the founder's priorities, initiatives, and strategic vision into sequenced plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics • Own founder-level special projects and organizational initiatives from scoping through delivery and measurement • Maintain accountability across the founder's priorities and proactively identify conflicts, dependencies, and risks • Prepare strategy briefs, decision memos, board materials, and organizational roadmaps • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the founder • Build and improve hiring infrastructure, resource allocation processes, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination systems • Design hiring systems, including interview frameworks, candidate evaluation rubrics, and onboarding processes • Own organizational resource allocation and capacity planning • Establish leadership meeting cadences, decision-making frameworks, communication protocols, and reporting structures • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase organizational velocity • Orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives across leadership and multiple teams • Represent the founder's office in key internal discussions • Build strong working relationships across the organization • Translate company strategy, priorities, and decisions into clear internal communication • Prepare the founder for meetings, presentations, and decisions • Maintain visibility on organizational health metrics and key initiatives • Potentially lead AI transformation projects, manage client CEOs, drive sales initiatives, support recruiting, manage client project delivery, drive client data and analytics value, and lead client go-to-market initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in high-performing environments such as Chief of Staff roles, strategic operations, management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership positions • AI-native mindset, including tinkering, building small tools, automating workflows, and sharing discoveries • Demonstrated success taking ambiguous, complex initiatives through completion • Strong systems thinking and process design capability • Exceptional project management and coordination across concurrent workstreams, competing priorities, and timelines • High proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, and Slack • Intermediate to advanced comfort with AI-powered productivity tools • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Commitment to ethical practices and responsible business operations • Preference for overlap with EST business hours • Bonus experience in high-growth startups, venture studios, AI/tech companies, talent operations, organizational design, B2B business development, or board-level strategy and operations
