📋 Description

• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Brand and Visuals, and IS teams to discuss project requirements and make technical recommendations • Write efficient code and maintain custom donation forms, advocacy forms, webpages, and email templates • Apply best practices for user experience, accessibility, page speed optimization, and GDPR compliance • Adhere to global regulations, regional data compliance, and security compliance standards • Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic coding assistants for coding, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation • Identify, maintain, monitor, update, or retire AI-assisted and agent-built solutions • Apply human-in-the-loop review to AI-generated code and configurations before deployment • Follow quality assurance procedures and troubleshoot technical issues in Engaging Networks • Work with vendor partners and the Information Security team • Manage script inventory, attestation, and other PCI compliance requirements • Collaborate with testing teams to implement A/B and multivariate testing features on forms • Create and maintain development documentation, support guides, and incident reports • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer programming, web development, or related field, or equivalent work experience required • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in front-end web development and developing custom websites required • Demonstrated experience with Engaging Networks or other eCRMs • Proficient in HTML5, Sass and CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, GitHub, Engaging Networks modules, Webpack, Node, npm, core AWS services, and Mailgun • Familiar with Segment or other CDPs • Direct experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot • Knowledge of responsive, mobile-first web design, UX, accessibility, page speed optimization, browser support, and GDPR compliance • Familiar with cookie consent tools, preferably Iubenda • Experience building interactive data visualizations • Experience coding projects based on Adobe XD files or Figma • Understanding of digital marketing strategies for US and international audiences • Knowledge of AI trends in web development, including personalization and workflow automation, and their responsible application • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and deliver high quality work on deadline • Data-informed problem solving with experience with A/B testing platforms and Google Analytics • Ability to work independently and as an effective team member • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus • Interest in animal protection issues preferred
