📋 Description

• Obtain a thorough understanding of the service process and scheduling techniques • Set service appointments using calendars, training, and provided platforms • Communicate with customers via phone calls, text, and email • Manage the Service phone line and email inbox • Set appointments and manage schedules for service technicians • Audit technician calendars for efficiency and accuracy • Gather accurate information to understand customer needs • Maintain accurate data entry • Monitor Return to Customer reports for Service and Installation • Assist Install Coordinators with install returns handled by service technicians • Collaborate with the Coordination team to prioritize scheduling • Learn products sufficiently to assist with troubleshooting • Provide customer and technician feedback to the Service Lead and help improve processes and systems • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptionally organized with strong multitasking skills • Works well in a high paced environment with an unmatched sense of urgency • Adaptable in a changing environment • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce • 1-3 years of coordination experience • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Professional and kind communication with customers and co-workers • Team player • Growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
