📋 Description

• Help manage and maintain data sets, keeping them accurate, consistent, and well organized • Support data cleansing and quality checks on incoming data, flagging issues and helping resolve them • Assist in building and updating reports and dashboards for the team and program stakeholders • Pull data from different sources and help maintain the reporting environment, including data sources and metadata, under the guidance of senior analysts • Support efforts to keep data accurate and consistent across systems, including data integrity and normalization work • Handle confidential and sensitive data carefully and follow all data handling guidelines • Help translate reporting requirements into clear terms and explain results to non-technical audiences • Support end users by answering questions and helping them use new reports and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, information systems, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Comfort working in Excel and a genuine interest in working with data day to day • Some exposure to data analysis or visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI through coursework, projects, internships, or work • Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance, which requires U.S. work authorization • Internship or project experience with data cleansing, reporting, or dashboards • Hands-on familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI • Interest in or prior exposure to federal or government work
