📋 Description

• Support and implement change management strategies and operational plans • Facilitate and maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance • Support the Change Team in maximizing and optimizing resources and plans using a variety of disciplines • Build awareness of and desire for committing to change • Support employees as they build the skills and tools needed to enact change • Establish trust and strong two-way communication mechanisms • Collaborate on developing change strategy • Help projects and change initiatives meet objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Associate position level • Support change management initiatives and operational plans • Experience, skills, certifications, and required travel may affect compensation • Ability to support employee adoption, usage, and resistance reduction • Ability to develop skills, tools, communication mechanisms, and change strategies
