📋 Description

• Develop plans for transition management, major initiative implementation, organizational transformation, and culture change • Complete change management assessments and develop change management strategies • Identify and manage anticipated resistance among clinical and operational staff • Create communication plans, roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans • Support senior leaders as change sponsors and equip them to deliver change messaging • Support organizational design and define roles and responsibilities affected by EHR workflow changes • Integrate change management activities into project plans and evaluate user readiness • Manage stakeholders, track and report issues, and escalate adoption risks • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress across sites • Provide change-readiness assessments, communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and transition support for workflow changes and system updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience • Experience managing change and transition within healthcare organizations, programs, or projects • Experience producing communication plans, roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans • Experience completing change management assessments and defining change strategy • Ability to identify and manage resistance and evaluate user readiness • Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Online, Office 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship • Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Low/NACI background investigation • Prosci certification preferred • Experience applying Prosci and change management in a union environment preferred • Experience supporting electronic health record deployment or Oracle Health (Cerner) adoption • Experience supporting VHA or a comparable federal health organization
