📋 Description

• Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems • Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes • Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements • Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the implementation and/or support lifecycle of Epic’s Payer Platform • Strong understanding of payer operations, claims, eligibility, and related workflows • 3+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems • Ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate operational needs into Epic solutions • Experience with system build, testing, and workflow optimization • Project management experience with Epic implementations • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely • Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required • Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) • Epic Payer Platform certification (highly preferred) • Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Tapestry, Benefits Engine, Claims, or other relevant modules) • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
