📋 Description

• Drive architectural design, configuration, and delivery of Recruiting and Onboarding workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations • Gather requirements and conduct fit/gap analysis • Design and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Onboarding solutions • Manage requisition and candidate management, job application flows, offers, hiring processes, onboarding journeys, and preboarding workflows • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to translate strategies into scalable Oracle solutions • Facilitate design workshops and support testing cycles • Resolve functional issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Core HR, Talent, and Learning modules • Support reporting and analytics needs • Develop documentation and training materials • Mentor junior team members • Ensure high-quality end-to-end candidate lifecycle and onboarding experience solutions • Lead client-facing engagements through pursuit to delivery, manage projects, perform intensive data analysis, develop the practice, mentor Coachees when assigned, and handle project and organizational administration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 6-10+ years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users • 3-5+ years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision • Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking • Strong analytical skills coupled with functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed • Canadian citizenship required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting and Onboarding, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, SIT/UAT testing, cutover, and post-go-live support
