📋 Description

• Lead assigned AICC engineers during the US and Canada window • Match engineers to engagements and assign work based on availability, motivation, and growth • Coach and evaluate engineers • Own team delivery quality, culture, and retention • Lead sprint planning and establish Definitions of Ready and Done with business and product owners • Run review demos and hand completed work to production • Own end-to-end engagement delivery, including architecture, quality, goals, responsibilities, and technical risk resolution • Build alongside engineers on the hardest projects • Maintain and improve the team's technical standards • Manage business-stakeholder relationships through executive level • Define success measures before builds begin • Ensure each team has one clear priority and an accountable owner • Present value cases to executive leadership • Convert successful builds into reusable tools, standards, and methods • Support recruiting and talent selection • Plan and deliver technical training • Measure outcomes including hours saved, reduced rework, increased capacity, and faster answers

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years building or delivering technical work • 2+ years leading engineers • Current and credible with agentic engineering tools and IDEs, including Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar • Full-stack experience with React and JavaScript / TypeScript • Backend experience with Python, FastAPI, Django, or Flask • Experience building and shipping AI solutions, including LLMs and agents, into real systems • Experience testing AI solutions for quality • Experience with Azure or AWS • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Sound CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices • Agile and Scrum delivery experience, including sprint planning and working in sprints • Depth across several technical areas • Track record of mentoring others • Ability to translate business workflows into working solutions • Comfortable estimating, planning, and running several engagements of different scales simultaneously • Clear writing and speaking skills; credibility presenting to executive leadership • Ability to train and grow Huron staff and contribute to recruiting and hiring • Awareness of budget and capacity, with a practice-level focus on reducing future costs and hours • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Flexible living locations across the US • Willingness to travel as needed
