📋 Description

• Architect, implement, and maintain complex Zoho CRM configurations tailored to the sales lifecycle. • Develop and deploy advanced automations, blueprints, and workflows to streamline warm lead management. • Audit and optimize existing CRM structures to ensure data integrity and peak performance. • Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party tools and internal systems to create a unified data environment. • Act as the internal subject matter expert for all things Zoho, troubleshooting technical issues and identifying new features to leverage.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or Administrator with deep technical knowledge of the platform. • Demonstrated ability to build custom automations, Deluge scripts, and sophisticated sales funnels. • Expert-level understanding of Zoho’s nuances, including modules, layouts, and advanced reporting. • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving lead conversion through technology. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • **Nice-to-Haves** • Zoho Certified Professional status. • Experience with the broader Zoho One suite (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics). • Background in sales operations or lead generation strategy.
