📋 Description

• Get in front of prospects early and determine their data solution needs • Work with Sales to run technical evaluations and define success criteria • Recommend the appropriate delivery option among API, data share, and bulk • Resolve licensing and compliance issues with finance and sales • Own customer onboarding through credentials, schema mapping, backfill, and reconciliation • Troubleshoot customer issues before involving engineering • Create documentation, working examples, and sandbox access for client self-service • Build frameworks, templates, and tools to make evaluations faster and more predictable • Document data coverage, provenance, limitations, and usage • Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape • Provide specific, actionable customer and deal-loss feedback to Product

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in sales engineering or a similar client-facing technical role • Experience specifically selling data, not just software • Strong SQL skills • Enough Python to perform real work with prospect files • Experience carrying technical deals through the full cycle, from discovery to close • Experience with technical deals valued at six figures and above • Ability to establish client trust and define clear next steps • Strong writing skills • Experience as a first or second Solutions Engineer at a company (helpful but not required) • Knowledge of US real estate or mortgage data, including assessor/recorder records, deeds, liens, MLS, AVMs, parcel data, and foreclosure pipelines (helpful but not required) • Experience with Snowflake data sharing, Databricks Delta Sharing, or similar at real scale (helpful but not required) • Customer-side experience at a lender, servicer, SFR shop, PropTech company, or carrier (helpful but not required)
