📋 Description

• Coordinate undergraduate recruitment efforts primarily in the Houston and Austin, Texas regions • Engage with prospective students, families, school counselors, and community partners to promote Iowa State and guide students through the admissions process • Manage territory recruitment activities, including school visits, college fairs, and virtual or in-person meetings • Use data and outreach strategies to plan effective recruitment efforts • Build relationships with key partners • Support students as they explore Iowa State • Coordinate extensive seasonal travel • Collaborate with campus partners • Participate in on-campus recruitment events and training • Contribute to enrollment goals and the Iowa State student experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience • Valid U.S. Driver's License • Must reside in the Houston or Austin, Texas regions at the start of employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship • Immigration sponsorship is not available • Experience in higher education admissions or undergraduate student recruitment preferred • Experience planning and executing student recruitment strategies, outreach initiatives, and enrollment-focused events preferred • Experience building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, families, school counselors, and educational partners preferred • Experience coordinating regional travel logistics, scheduling, and recruitment reporting within a structured territory preferred • Experience using higher education CRM or student recruitment systems, such as Salesforce, Workday Student, Slate, Student Search, or similar platforms preferred • Experience delivering presentations and individualized advising conversations in in-person and virtual settings preferred
