• Answer inbound calls and assist members with scheduling or updating transportation • Confirm member eligibility and accurately enter ride details • Address questions and resolve issues related to transportation services • Identify additional member needs and provide appropriate support • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve real-time challenges • Meet and exceed performance goals, including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction • Handle some outbound calls from members, healthcare facilities, transportation providers, and health plan partners • Arrange non-emergency medical transportation rides smoothly and accurately

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to follow a structured call flow or script • Empathy and professionalism when supporting members or guardians • Computer proficiency • Excellent problem-solving skills and composure under pressure • Full-time availability and reliability in managing a steady workload • Must be 18 years or older • High School Diploma or GED required
