📋 Description

• Set the vision for all capacity development for the network of partners and legal service providers • Provide oversight and guidance to instructional designers, content developers, community of practice specialists, writers, editors, and subject matter experts • Lead and implement legal services training and technical assistance strategies, including a comprehensive training plan • Ensure learning and development deliverables are timely and high quality • Apply adult learning theories and AI to create engaging and interactive learning materials • Identify knowledge gaps and training and technical assistance needs • Maintain and improve staff orientation training materials • Oversee product development for legal services training and technical assistance • Coordinate with subject matter experts and partners to deliver training and technical assistance services • Collaborate with the Communication Lead on internal and external project communications • Engage with the technology team on the intersection of training efforts and learning platforms

🎯 Requirements

• BA with 7+ years of experience or Master's with 4+ years of experience managing a task or service area, including personnel and deliverables, in a project or contract environment • Minimum 3 years demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and partner relationships for capacity-building projects • Minimum 3 years of experience working with national training and technical assistance to develop capacity in a subject matter area or profession • Experience in project management and instructional design • Education and/or experience applying race equity, diversity, and inclusion or social justice strategies in human service settings • Working knowledge of refugee, immigrant, and asylee challenges • Experience working for a refugee program • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • Team building and team collaboration ability, with proven ability to manage competing priorities, perspectives, and stakeholder needs • Exceptional project management skills, focused on technical-assistance project management • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to handle rapid change and prioritize work quickly • Ability to promote and contribute to an equitable and inclusive organizational culture • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
