📋 Description

• Support organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, adoption strategy, communications planning, training planning and execution, change readiness, resistance management, office hours, and ongoing adoption support • Develop and execute adoption strategies for new systems, processes, and technologies • Develop communication plans, messaging, talking points, stakeholder updates, FAQs, newsletters, presentations, and related materials • Develop training plans, schedules, learning objectives, facilitator guides, quick reference guides, job aids, and supporting materials • Facilitate or support live training, demos, workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and user enablement activities • Plan and manage office hours, answer user questions, capture feedback, identify adoption barriers, and support continued learning after go-live • Conduct stakeholder analysis, identify impacted groups, map stakeholder needs, and tailor engagement strategies • Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, adoption surveys, feedback sessions, and qualitative or quantitative analysis • Develop resistance-management strategies and reinforce value propositions • Build trusted-advisor relationships with government clients • Collaborate with project managers, product owners, business analysts, trainers, communications specialists, technical teams, vendors, and government stakeholders • Document change processes, decisions, actions, feedback, lessons learned, and knowledge-transfer materials • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and convert findings into recommendations, action plans, and next steps • Create polished work products supporting stakeholder communication and decision-making • Balance competing priorities and changing requirements while focusing on client needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in change management consulting, organizational change management, adoption, strategic communications, training, or related consulting support • 3+ years of experience implementing change management practices, frameworks, or structured change approaches • 3+ years of experience editing documents across multiple formats and creating polished executive-ready materials • 3+ years of experience implementing strategies supporting adoption, communications, training, or stakeholder engagement • 1+ years of experience working on large modernization initiatives in an Agile environment is highly preferred • Experience developing adoption, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, or readiness plans/materials • Experience facilitating training sessions, demos, workshops, user support sessions, or office hours • Experience conducting impact analyses, readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, feedback analysis, or resistance management • Ability to present structured solutions using Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step model, La Marsh, or similar frameworks • US Citizenship required due to federal government requirements • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Must reside and perform work in the United States • Preferred: consulting, client relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, public speaking, and task management skills • Preferred: experience creating PowerPoint, Word, email, job aid, quick reference guide, and stakeholder briefing deliverables • Preferred: experience with technology modernization, digital transformation, workflow improvement, ServiceNow, enterprise platforms, or large business transformation initiatives • Preferred: experience in multi-vendor environments • Preferred: CCMP, Change Management Practitioner, Prosci, CMP, or similar certification • Preferred: previous US government contracting experience • Strong written and verbal communication, consulting, collaboration, facilitation, problem-solving, organization, and task management skills
