📋 Description

• Develop and oversee psychosocial support services across the network for Unaccompanied Children seeking legal assistance and under universal representation • Develop processes and tools supporting all facets of psychosocial legal work • Set standards with network providers for psychosocial services • Collaborate across teams to identify knowledge gaps and training and technical assistance needs • Develop processes, tools, strategies, and data collection fields for psychosocial services • Incorporate trauma informed expertise into tools and strategies adopted by direct service practitioners • Capture and standardize tools, strategies, and processes from partner organizations as best practices • Coordinate work with subject matter experts and partners delivering psychosocial services • Inform quality management and reviews of psychosocial services • Work with the Stakeholder Manager to ensure services meet the needs of Unaccompanied Children to participate meaningfully in their legal representation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, public administration, or related field • Licensed clinical practitioner • Minimum of 5 years managing projects, tasks, or equivalent project management activities • Minimum of 3 years building and maintaining stakeholder and partner relationships for capacity building projects • Minimum of 3 years conducting assessments, developing trauma informed interventions, and making referrals for traumatized or vulnerable populations • Experience in project management and communication • Education and/or experience applying race equity, diversity, and inclusion of social justice strategies in human service settings • Working knowledge of refugee, immigrant, and asylee challenges • Experience working for a refugee program • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
