📋 Description

• Perform advanced medical coding of diagnoses, procedures, and medications using standard coding systems such as MedDRA and WHO Drug • Ensure coding accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple clinical studies • Collaborate with clinical and data management teams to resolve complex coding discrepancies and queries • Provide expertise in the development and refinement of medical coding conventions and procedures • Stay updated on changes in medical coding standards and ensure their implementation in clinical trial processes • Deliver scientific operations work to a high standard while working closely with the team and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field • Proven experience in medical coding, preferably with MedDRA and WHO Drug, within a clinical research setting • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements for medical coding • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in medical data • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
