📋 Description

• Support various project activities and contribute to the successful execution of clinical trials and projects within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries • Take responsibility for scientific operations deliverables, applying skills to ensure quality and efficiency • Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials • Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones • Manage study documentation and assist in preparing regulatory submissions • Contribute to developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field • Previous experience in clinical research or project management preferred • Experience facilitating/Moderating Virtual Global Meetings • Experience setting up MS Teams from start to finish • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
