📋 Description

• Provide programming and analytics support for real world evidence generation, including analytics, research, and dashboard creation • Program and manage real-world healthcare datasets, including healthcare claims data and EMR data • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and normalization prior to analysis • Translate raw data into analysis-ready datasets • Create and maintain data dictionaries and programming documentation • Support internal research teams with hands-on analyst and programming support • Contribute to broader analytics efforts as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree, PhD, in quantitative field with 3+ years of experience (e.g. statistics, epidemiology, public health) or a Master's degree in analytics related field with 7+ years of experience in real world data and real-world evidence generation • Strong programming experience (SQL and R) • Direct experience programming Real-World Data (RWD) • Hands-on experience with healthcare claims data • Experience working with EMR data • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
