📋 Description

• Provide support to the Sales function and maintain communication with existing customers • Act as the key liaison providing service, support, and assistance with general inquiries • Serve as point of contact for assigned Sales Representatives and Region Managers • Act as primary sales contact for Alternate Site customer base • Assist in the sales cycle from initial inquiry to close of business • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers in collaboration with the Sales team • Respond to inbound inquiries with product information, marketing materials, and samples • Provide product solutions and price quotes through authorized Distributor Inside Sales Departments • Generate new sales opportunities from phone and email inquiries • Provide technical support and maintain product and competitor knowledge • Communicate with distributors, distributor representatives, and end users • Manage ICU website inquiries related to sales opportunities • Assist Sales Representatives with territory management, sales reports, and discrepancy research • Coordinate sales forecast/pipeline data and wins/losses for the IKAP database • Generate and submit sales documentation, including quotes, relationship forms, and GPO lookups • Provide weekly reporting for high-priority or high-visibility items • Manage the vendor credentialing process • Support and perform special projects for corporate accounts and IDNs • Liaise on internal and external sales communications • Work on special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age • High School diploma required • 2 or more years’ experience in sales; preferably in medical device industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • High level of attention to detail • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook • Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time
