• Collaborate with IDEXX teams to formulate strategies that sustain customer accounts through education and tailored customer-centric solutions • Implement and provide training to veterinary practice staff on using IDEXX Practice Management Systems • Support customers post-implementation to enhance and optimize their use of software solutions • Use various programs to organize and plan customer visits • Serve as an IDEXX ambassador and reliable customer advisor • Manage schedules according to customers’ characteristics and needs • Adjust schedules to meet customer demands, including late-night visits to emergency practices • Learn new skills, receive performance feedback, participate in purposeful practice sessions, and adapt to ambiguity • Guide and support customers through change management when integrating a new system into daily operations • Travel extensively by air and car to customer practices
• Minimum of two years of experience within the veterinary industry • Training and/or leadership background strongly preferred • Valid driver's license required • Passport required for travel to Canada • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with customers, leaders, and colleagues • Ability to cultivate strong customer and peer partnerships • Proactive mindset for planning, prioritizing, and making timely quality decisions • Effective listening skills and ability to adapt approach to different situations • Proficiency in learning and using technology, including computers, tablets, printers, and smartphones • Familiarity with computer networking is an added advantage • Must live within one hour of an international airport • Ability to travel overnight, averaging 3–4 nights per week • Ability to travel up to 80% nationally by air and car • Weekend hours and weekday overtime may be required
