📋 Description

• Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate coding while maintaining technical quality and security • Work with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to turn vague requirements into viable technical specifications • Create functional prototypes and MVPs to validate business hypotheses • Drive end-to-end deliveries, from technical conception to deployment and monitoring • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Write clean, testable, and efficient code with support from AI tools • Conduct rigorous code reviews and identify vulnerabilities or hallucinations in AI-generated code • Document architectural decisions to facilitate future maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven software development experience, minimum 2 years • Strong proficiency in stacks such as JavaScript (Nest, Next, Nuxt), Python, PHP (Laravel), C# (.NET), and Dart (Flutter) • Advanced understanding of data structures and databases • Ability to create complex queries and perform data analysis • Hands-on, day-to-day experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor.ai, ChatGPT, or Claude for development • Ability to structure prompts to design complex architectures • Ability to identify security and logic flaws in AI-suggested code • Ability to negotiate scope with the Product Owner and explain technical trade-offs to management • Previous experience in startups or growth teams is a plus • Experience with Design Systems or Figma is a plus
