📋 Description

• Manage, analyze, and maintain compliance data across multiple systems for reporting, access control, and audit readiness • Collect, organize, and validate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data throughout the application lifecycle • Ensure accuracy, completeness, reliability, and integrity of compliance data • Perform SQL analyses and create reports and visual insights in Power BI • Build, monitor, and optimize data pipelines • Produce dashboards and reports on compliance posture • Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics in Power BI • Automate reports and workflows using Power Automate • Support RBAC reviews in Azure and access governance activities • Identify and remediate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts • Maintain documentation, compliance evidence, and access records that are complete and audit-ready • Implement monitoring and logging to trace data flows and detect anomalies • Align data management practices with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements • Act as a hands-on Scrum Master, contributing to the backlog and technical deliveries • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives • Manage and prioritize PBIs (Product Backlog Items) in Azure DevOps • Identify and address risks, dependencies, and impediments • Collaborate with compliance, IT, product, and audit teams • Translate compliance strategy into clear, actionable deliverables • Coach and mentor junior team members • Execute the strategic direction established by the Compliance Enablement Tech Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps • Technical knowledge of data technologies and application layers • Ability to manage structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data • Knowledge of data pipelines, monitoring, and logging • Experience with or knowledge of RBAC, access governance, and access reviews in Azure • Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts • Knowledge of compliance, data governance, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness • Ability to serve as Scrum Master and lead sprint ceremonies • Experience managing and prioritizing backlog/PBIs in Azure DevOps • Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments • Ability to mentor junior team members
