📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and industry best practices • Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility • Develop and maintain attended and unattended automation solutions in customer environments • Configure and manage automation workflows integrating enterprise applications and systems • Support the full RPA lifecycle from process discovery and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance • Prepare technical documentation, presentations, process analyses, and recommendations for client decision-making • Support development and implementation of RPA standards, methodologies, and best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate alternatives, and recommend automation solutions • Provide technical guidance and training in process analysis, bot development, and automation management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an IT-related field • 1+ years of hands-on automation, software development, scripting, or related technical development experience • RPA experience using UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or a similar platform preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, IT/Business Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered • Experience developing automation solutions and related technical documentation, analysis, and recommendations • Foundational experience with a programming or scripting language and understanding of common software development concepts • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, client-facing environment • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance • Preferred: UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, RPA certification, DoD or U.S. Federal Government experience, enterprise applications, APIs, structured data, databases, JSON, Excel/CSV, integrations, process discovery, Agile methodologies, stakeholder facilitation, and RPA training or mentoring
