• Lead strategic technical initiatives • Make critical architectural decisions • Develop talent and influence technical culture • Connect technology to business outcomes at an organizational level

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development • Strong experience in full-stack web development • Proficiency with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular) • Proficiency in server-side languages (Node.js, PHP) • Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) • Solid knowledge of architectural patterns (microservices, modular monoliths) • Implementation of secure development practices • Experience with unit, integration and E2E testing • Proficiency with Git, Docker • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI • Ability to optimize applications • Solve complex problems independently • Make well-founded technical decisions • Natural aptitude for technical mentorship • Serve as a reference for best practices, clean and testable code • Challenge requirements when necessary • Document important decisions • Take responsibility for critical parts of the system • Evaluate and introduce new technologies
