📋 Description

• Support IMA’s core values • Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among IMA associates • Support the Accounting and Finance department on special projects • Assist with the corporate annual budget and quarterly forecast roll-up • Assist with monthly financial and management reporting for all divisions and departments, including Board representatives • Contribute to project, initiative, business case, and ad hoc scenario analyses, providing insights and recommendations • Participate in Finance & Accounting systems evolution, including system evaluation, selection, and integration • Develop subject matter expertise in systems functionality and reporting • Participate in industry benchmarking studies • Assist with internal modeling to evaluate acquisition prospects • Analyze customer and product profitability • Assist in developing management reporting tailored to leaders’ needs • Assist in developing data integrity and consistency programs and structures • Develop analytical skills in valuation techniques and financial modeling

🎯 Requirements

• Zero to two years of similar or related experience • Systems skills – Applied Epic, SAP Concur • Experience with MS Office products preferred, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel • Bachelor’s Degree Required • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Minimal travel required
