📋 Description

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end • Accurately and timely initiate, track, and communicate all licensing activities and expenses • Ensure new Imagen specialists have necessary licensure applications completed and in place by their planned start date • Ensure current Imagen specialists have up-to-date licenses and other compliance needs met across assigned customers and associated states • Ensure current specialists receive additional licensing and meet other compliance needs across additional customers in a timely fashion • Effectively communicate with physicians and Imagen teams regarding licensing processes • Work with third-party licensing vendor to ensure timely licensing for all specialists • Support specialists with state board licensure applications and completion of follow-up documents • Partner with Imagen teams and stakeholders to support Clinical Operations priorities, including smooth onboarding and clear communication with existing physicians • Report to the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with Physician license applications; multi-state experience required (IMLC and State Boards) • Previous contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC • Excellent communication and customer service skills; clearly and professionally able to articulate next steps to providers and stakeholders • Close attention to detail with strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills • Previous experience working specifically with Radiologists in a licensing capacity and in the healthcare space (preferred) • Understanding of credentialing and payor enrollments (preferred)
