📋 Description

• Own the entire sales process: initial outreach, product demo, negotiation, and close • Develop strategic business partnerships with club directors • Understand users’ needs and communicate value effectively • Represent SportsRecruits at national tournaments and conventions • Execute product demos and manage internal processes through the tech stack • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting club directors, recruiting coordinators, and coaches • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and close B2B SaaS new business • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas • Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven sales culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree required • 2-5 years of sales or business development experience • Proven experience with the sales process • Strong experience with sales software and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoom Phone, etc) • Solid analytical thinker with excellent communication skills • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities • Enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process • Collegiate athletics experience preferred
