📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment • Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) • Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and middleware tools • Customize and extend Oracle Fusion applications using BI Publisher, OTBI, BIP reports, and Fast Formulas • Oversee data migration and conversion activities using FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle tools • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability • Mentor and guide junior developers and technical consultants • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support • Maintain documentation for technical designs, integrations, and customizations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of experience in Oracle applications, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud • Proven experience as a Tech Lead on at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Strong expertise in: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP) & OTBI reporting, REST/SOAP web services, Data migration tools (FBDI, HDL) • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and XML/JSON technologies • Experience with security setup, role-based access, and data security in Oracle Fusion.
