📋 Description

• Collect, organize, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual fund reporting • Identify and record daily investment activity, including NAV updates • Ensure transactional data quality using attention to detail and logic • Reconcile and maintain data integrity in legacy and new investment management systems • Assist with client reporting deliverables through timely data processing and periodic reconciliation • Support new investment processing with investee coordination and document preparation • Use judgment to escalate issues and requests appropriately • Propose and document process improvement opportunities • Document processes and best practices for the Investment Operations Team • Provide elevated customer service to internal stakeholders • Communicate effectively within the team, cross-functionally, and externally with fund contacts • Perform additional responsibilities aligned with the scope of the role • Report to the Officer, Investment Administration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field; minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance or investment operations/servicing; OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience working with private investment data preferred • Strong Excel skills and ability to interface with various technology systems • Highly organized, detail-oriented, professional demeanor, ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands • Knowledge of investments and financial services, impact investing, donor advised funds, and custodial relationships preferred • Resourceful in searching for responses to questions and developing solutions • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams required • Proficiency with cloud-based collaboration tools Box and Asana preferred • Willingness to adopt new technology and AI tools as tools and systems evolve • Experience working with Addepar preferred • Experience working with Freshdesk preferred • Experience working in a virtual working environment preferred • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time business hours • Travel 2–3 times per year to company events required
