📋 Description

• Lay the infrastructure (HRIS, handbooks, onboarding, performance management) to support rapid headcount growth over the next five years • Turn HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews into auditable, scalable systems with KPIs • Team with hiring managers to source and screen new hires • Help scale IMPaCT culture through rituals such as a company retreat • Work with supervisors to manage a rapidly growing workforce of corporate employees and frontline Community Health Workers working in homes and communities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in People Ops/HR • Preferably experience in a startup or early stage company environment (Pre-Seed through Series B) • Experience leading People Ops for a company that employs a front-line, home-based workforce • Strong leadership and decision-making skills • Recent experience and comfort with being an individual contributor • “Roll up your sleeves” attitude; no project or task is too big or small • Experience in healthcare is a plus • Experience with mission-driven organizations is a plus • Commitment to working in an inclusive and diverse workplace
