📋 Description

• Evaluate and audit AI tools and automations built by non-technical business units for commercial ROI, security posture, and architectural viability • Refactor high-value internal prototypes such as AI SDRs and RFP generators into secure, scalable, enterprise-grade applications • Build and maintain secure integrations between foundational models via APIs and the Enterprise Data Lake and Salesforce CRM • Own the full lifecycle of graduated internal AI applications, ensuring uptime, managing prompt drift, and updating API connections as schemas change • Interview business stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks, define scope, and determine whether solutions should be AI experiences or SQL dashboards • Enforce Enterprise Data & Analytics standards, including zero data leakage, strict access controls, and hallucination-risk mitigation • Serve as a Forward Deployed Engineer bridging grassroots business-unit innovations and enterprise-grade stability • Report to both the central AI hub team and the supported business unit

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience identifying high-value problems, designing effective solutions, demonstrating measurable impact, and implementing or prototyping solutions using AI tools and technologies; OR 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical architecture with a track record of building and deploying functional applications and applying product judgment • Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex • Production experience managing context windows, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software development best practices • Strong proficiency in a programming language, Python preferred • Deep experience building and consuming RESTful APIs • Experience working in modern cloud environments to deploy internal applications • Experience translating ambiguous business problems into precise technical requirements with non-technical business leaders • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent demonstrably successful experience building and shipping complex technical projects • Forward Deployed, Solutions Engineering, or technical consulting experience highly preferred
