📋 Description

• Maintain and update campaign details, timelines, and statuses in internal systems • Track, configure, and launch client campaigns according to defined requirements and timelines • Monitor active campaigns to ensure delivery, optimal performance, and successful execution • Communicate campaign updates, issues, and needs to Development and Customer Success teams • Generate, review, and upload client and internal reports • Support troubleshooting by identifying errors or inconsistencies and escalating as needed • Translate approved business requirements into technical execution • Proactively identify and navigate technical limitations during implementation and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university required • Entry-level role; prior professional experience is not required • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills • Strong attention-to-detail skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
